Tebogo Mnisi has abandoned bail in the Mamelodi Magistrate’s Court.
He’s accused of using murdering cousins Tshiamo and Baleseng Moramaga in Mamelodi East on Sunday.
The court heard that he used an unlicensed firearm and ammunition to carry out the murders.
