Educators and parents describe the environment as increasingly unsafe, likening it to the “Wild Wild West”.

Learners are reportedly fearful, and teaching staff often emphasise fact that violence disrupts lessons and undermines discipline.

Community leaders are calling for urgent intervention from the Department of Education, law enforcement, and local stakeholders to restore order and protect both learners and teachers, even some videos shared on community social media platforms, but it keeps getting worse.
