FAMILY CALLS FOR MORE ARRESTS IN BOZWANA’S MURDER CASE!
The untimely death of Wandile Bozwana still hurts his family!
In fact, the body of the slain businessman is lying motionless, however, his family is restless as they believe there’s more involved in his killing and are still at large.
Bozwana’s family has opened a case of conspiracy to murder against two senior politicians in North West.
In unsubstantiated allegations, the family believes there’s a duo of influential politicians who set the target on Bozwana, and bankrolled the services of hitmen.
His close family indicated previously that there’s pending arrest of one of the two politicians, but political interference led to the decision being withdrawn, it is reported.
The Mafikeng-born successful business was assassinated in a hail of bullets on the Garsfontein off-ramp in Pretoria east, in October 2015, alongside business partner Mpho Baloyi who survived the shooting.
Controversial Mamelodi businessman Vusi “Khekhe” Mathibela and three others have been convicted and sentenced to a 30-year jail time in January 2024 for Bozwana’s murder.

The sentence included attempted murder of Baloyi, and firearm possession, all to run concurrently.
Khekhe was found guilty in 2022 but faced delays in sentencing, with proceedings starting in 2023 before the final judgment in 2024.
However, the Bozwana family says the key people remain free.
Family representative Thabang Kotsedi told the media that they have documentation, statements and dockets that have not been investigated, so far.
“And, we are also in possession of a 205 statement that was deposed by a certain witness who is also part and parcel of the hit team that always does the killing of some politicians around the province to get rid of other ANC members around the province since the year 2012. The likes of Moss Phakoe, Happy Serongwane, Kabelo Nonyane,” alleged Kotsedi.
North West Police Spokesperson Sabata Mokgwabone confirmed that a case of conspiracy to commit murder has been registered.
