BROOS WANTS YOU TO FILL STADIUM FOR BAFANA v PANAMA DOUBLE-HEADER!

Hugo Broos has unveiled his final Bafana Bafana squad ahead of two high-profile international friendlies against Panama later this month.

South Africa will take on the Central American side in a two-match series, with the opening encounter set for Moses Mabhida Stadium on Friday, 27 March and the second fixture at the DHL Cape Town Stadium on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

With preparations underway, Broos has made a passionate call to supporters in KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape to turn up in numbers and rally behind the national team.

“Come to the stadium and support us. You saw what it means for the players when the supporters are there,” said Broos.

He emphasised that strong fan presence can make a crucial difference, especially during tough moments in matches.

“When we face difficult situations, the energy from a packed stadium pushes the players to give more. Your support can help us deliver better performances,” he added.

The fixtures form part of Bafana Bafana’s ongoing preparations, with the technical team looking to build momentum and cohesion ahead of upcoming competitive assignments.

All eyes will now be on the two coastal cities as South Africa aims to deliver strong performances in front of home crowds.

The team will assemble in Tshwane on Monday, 23 March 2026 and remain in the nation’s capital until Thursday morning when they depart to Durban.

Panama officials will start arriving in South Africa from Friday, 20 March 2026 and the rest of the team will land in Durban on Monday afternoon.

They start training on Tuesday afternoon.
