JULIUS MALEMA FOUND GUILTY!

EFF leader Julius Malema has been found guilty in a gun case after firing shots in public at a 2018 party rally.

Charges related to firearms control act.

The judgment handed down comes after a firearm trial after a marathon recap of testimonies by Magistrate Twanet Olivier.

Malema was found guilty.

Olivier said the court can’t find any bias with state witnesses.

Malema’s former bodyguard, Adriaan Snyman, was found not guilty.

The two men were accused of firing a rifle at a 2018 rally in Mdantsane and charged with violating the Firearms Control Act.

The matter has been postponed to 23 January 2026 for pre-sentence reports.
