FATHER SENTENCED TO LIFE FOR RAPING DAUGHTER!

The Odendaalsrus Magistrate’s Court has sentenced a 34-year-old man to life imprisonment for the rape of his 12-year-old biological daughter.

The sentencing emanates from an incident that occurred on Sunday, 13 October 2024 in Allanridge. On the day of the incident, the victim was at her neighbour’s home when she was summoned by her father.

On arrival at her home, the father called the victim to his bedroom where the victim found the accused naked. The accused instructed the victim to undress before he pushed her onto the bed, and raped her.

The matter was reported to the police and the victim was taken for medical examination, which then revealed that the 12-year-old victim was sexually violated. The 34-year-old father was subsequently arrested for rape.
